About the exhibition
During a time of profound personal change, Ukrainian artist Tetiana Kyzieieva found herself repeatedly drawn to Saskatchewan’s ever-changing skies. In their shifting colours, light, and atmosphere, she began to recognize reflections of her own inner journey. The landscapes became a source of comfort, reflection, wonder, and joy.
The sky became a silent witness to her experiences—always present, without judgment or expectation. Through 13 original paintings, Tetiana invites us to reflect on the landscapes that have silently witnessed our own lives—and the moments when the world around us helps us understand the world within.
The sky was the witness. The paintings became the testimony.
