Solid State's 2025-26 Fiscal Year AGM

The AGM will take place on October 29 from 6:00–8:00 PM in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person or online via Zoom. The meeting will include opening remarks, a land acknowledgement, quorum confirmation, approval of the agenda and previous AGM minutes, and reports from each circle (BSC, CEC, CSC, FSC, GC). The meeting will conclude with new business, announcements, adjournment, and dinner.
