About this Event
Solastalgia is a term coined by Dr. Glenn Albrecht for "the homesickness you have when you are still at home." The word describes the feeling of pain seeing familiar places transformed by climate change.
The panel will address how to process what is happening, how to maintain a healthy outlook despite the existential crisis of climate change, and how action can help alleviate feelings of helplessness by using one’s voice as an activist or creating art to call attention to the issue.
