Celebrate New Year’s Eve aboard Solaré as Sydney Harbour comes alive for the midnight fireworks.
Enjoy a three-hour beverage package featuring curated wines, sparkling wine and beer, alongside Solaré’s New Year’s Eve canapé menu. At midnight, raise a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne as the fireworks light up the harbour.
Created by Nick Mathieson, the menu moves from refined canapés to more substantial plates, served generously throughout the evening.

Booking Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all New Year's Eve reservations. Cabana and Booths have maximum guest limits which will be enforced by Management.
Please note that all reservations are for the full cruise duration.
Cruises depart promptly at the scheduled time (strictly 15 minutes after your reservation time). Please arrive 15 minutes before boarding. Late arrivals or missed departures are non-refundable.
Solaré is built to sail in most weather conditions. In the event of poor weather, cruises will continue with our Dining Room enclosed for the comfort of our guests, unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain.
Solaré is an 18+ venue and does not allow minors, including infants. Guests without valid ID will be refused boarding, with no refund issued.
