Month 3 of 7. We move up to the solar plexus, between the navel and the ribs.The solar plexus chakra is tied to personal power, willpower, confidence, and self-worth. Common wounds here: being overruled or humiliated, being punished for taking the lead, people-pleasing, and tying your worth to how useful you are.
This is a 120 minute session. For the first 60 minutes, you’ll learn about the solar plexus chakra, feel it in your own body, and start working with it. This builds trust between you and your body. You’ll learn how to do shadow work in this chakra and a new way to process through it. The second hour is hands-on work with a real wound in your solar plexus.
