🌞✨ Solar Flair returns on March 14 ✨🌞We’re back for round two of our winter season! As we inch closer to spring, this one feels like a mid-winter reset. A chance to shake off what’s heavy and move toward something lighter, together.
Solar Flair is a daytime party with space for movement, rest, connection, and creativity. Whether you’re dancing to the music, deep chatting in the plounge, or exploring your artistic side, you’re doing it in a community rooted in care, curiosity, and playfulness.
Consent and kindness are the baseline. There’s no right way to show up — just come as you are.

163 Queen Street East (south side of Queen, just east of Jarvis)
Studio 163 is a community-held social enterprise, and hosting Solar Flair here helps fund critical HIV/AIDS services, trans-affirming care, and refugee health and social supports. Dancing here means directly supporting care in our wider community — something we’re really proud of.

Please use the private event space entrance through the doors to the right (west) of the main building entrance on Queen Street.

For those with steady disposable income who want to contribute beyond the base cost of entry.

For those with little disposable income, or for whom cost is a barrier.
Note: We have a limited number of tickets at this price. They are reserved for queer, trans, BIPOC folks and others in financial need. Please choose this tier mindfully.

For kids attending during all-ages hours.
At The Door: $35 (+ fees)
We use a tiered pricing model to keep Solar Flair accessible while supporting the real costs of producing the event. Please choose the tier that best reflects your current financial situation.
If you have more flexibility, your ticket helps subsidize lower-cost options and supports fair compensation for our amazing artists and DJs. If money is tight, we’re glad you’re here — that’s why accessible options exist.

👶 KID-FRIENDLY HOURS
Kids are welcome from 2–5 p.m. You’ll get in/out privileges if you need to do a handoff and return for more boogie.

Fully accessible and located on the ground level.
🌿 PATIO
There’s a private patio at the back of the space if you need a cool-down, fresh air, or a smoke break.
🚻 WASHROOMS
Washrooms are located in the shared lobby next to the event space and are accessible to others in the building.
🍹 DRINKS
Bar on-site with boozy + zero-proof options!
🥪 FOOD
We will have some food offerings (pizza, snacks, candy!) available on site for purchase, but you can also BYOFood!
