Taught by local osteopath Kaspara Chaise, this workshop for manual therapists is a get-together for manual therapists who want to nerd out together on some anatomy and a few techniques getting into the nitty gritty of the head, face, neck and TMJ. We all know it takes years (or rather, a lifetime) to hone those manual therapy and palpation skills, and we don't always feel confident practicing new techniques on patients... especially when it comes to very vulnerable areas like the front of the neck or internal jaw techniques. This workshop is suitable for anyone with a base knowledge of anatomy and hands-on skills, so remedial massage therapists who have done the level 5 course or equivalent, as well as student/new grad physiotherapists and osteopaths (experienced practitioners are welcome too of course).
Cost $150 per person. Join us on the 28th of November at Matua hall 9 am- 2 pm. Registration and more info through this link:
