And if I may, perhaps your new favorite Sunday self-care ritual. Designed to help your body unwind, your mind let go, and your soul lead, for at least 60 minutes ✨
The Full Moon in Leo illuminates confidence, creativity, and heart-led expression. Paired with Sunday’s natural rhythm of rest, this ritual invites you to slow down, indulge in YOU time, and reconnect with your heart, your intuition, your joy, and your feminine flow. This is your safe space to pause, feel, let your energy come alive, connect, and nourish yourself however you need.
Expect VIBEY AF music to get lost in, candlelit ambiance, guided movement, transformational breathwork, meditation, and a journaling ritual — all curated to help you feel feminine, alive, and deeply in touch with your soul ✨

When : Magic begins Sunday at 4:30 pm
Where : Joy Worthy & Co - Downtown Raleigh
How much ? Class is FREE to reserve but $25 either cash, Venmo, or apply pay prior to the start of class. Instructions via email once you sign up.
What : This is a 60-minute vinyasa style class in an 75 degree room. We will be flowing through poses and moving at a pace that could push you, so comfortable clothing is a must. We will begin and end class with a short meditation & breathwork, no experience required + an optional cold lavender towel given at the end of class
Bring : Water, mat (mats WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE OR PROPS)
