“Soft Landings” is an ongoing, intermittent, emergent dance/movement/anatomy laboratory where we apply the Axis Syllabus to dance! Classes include self and group explorations of anatomy, hands on partner work, solo movement improvisation and taught phrase work where we practice the themes we have developed.Join me as we develop sustainable and nourishing movement practices for ourselves and revel in the joy of being in a dancing body.
Investment for this 2-hour workshop is $25, with no one turned away for lack of funds. Reach out to me with questions or scholarship requests. Pre-registration is helpful but not required.
