Soft Frequency Vol. 2: Amber Hour — A Lofi & R&B Listening Night
Short Summary
Seattle's lofi, chillhop & R&B listening night returns. Come sit, come listen, come as you are. 21+.
Full Description
The days are getting shorter, the light's turning gold earlier, and honestly? That's exactly the mood we built this series for.
Soft Frequency Vol. 2: Amber Hour is the second installment of our recurring listening night at Haus Of Hero — a room built around lofi hip hop, chillhop, and R&B, for anyone who wants their Sunday evening to feel like a deep breath instead of one more thing to get through.
This one's not just about the sound system, either. Throughout the night, performers from our own creative community — singers, musicians, poets, whoever's got something to share — step up and do what they do, smooth and unhurried, folded right into the set. No big production, no spotlight pressure. Just real people sharing real talent in a room built to hold it.
If you caught Vol. 1, you already know the rules: no one's performing having a good time here, there's no pressure to be "on," and a couch by yourself is just as valid a way to spend the night as dancing in the middle of the room.
How the night moves:
- 6:00 PM — Doors open. Lofi and chillhop set the tone while the room fills in.
- 7:00 PM — Community creatives sit in live — singers, musicians, poets — doing their thing over the beats.
- 8:15 PM — The sound warms up into R&B. Energy lifts, nobody rushes.
- 9:30 PM — Wind-down set. We bring it back down slow and send you off easy.
Bring your people or come solo — either way, there's a spot for you in the room. Let's call this home.
