About this Event
Soft Focus Yoga is an inclusive outdoor class where you’re invited to move at your own pace and meet your body exactly where it is. Each week features a curated, vibey playlist as we flow, breathe, and share space in community.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of meditation, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, turn inward, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
All levels welcome. --> Please arrive by 10:15am to give yourself time to find parking and settle in & mingle prior to the start of class. <--
Class will set up on the boardwalk, closer to the grassy knoll. Remember to bring your mat and water (shades/hats are suggested!). See ya'll there!
