May 16: Working with Pleasure/Pain & Challenges in Meditation
May 23: Mindfulness of Emotion
May 30: Mindfulness of Thought/Mental Processes
June 6: Cultivating Practice/Taking the Practice Home
Instructor: Dawn is a seasoned educator, MidLife Reinvention Coach, and an avid meditation practioner of 17 years.
She is a teacher in training in the Mindfulness Training Institute, and this course is her practicum.
