May 2: Working with Pleasure/Pain & Challenges in Meditation
May 9: Mindfulness of Emotion
May 16: Mindfulness of Thought/Mental Processes
May 25: Cultivating Practice/Taking the Practice Home
Instructor: Dawn is a seasoned educator, MidLife Reinvention Coach, and an avid meditation practioner of 17 years.
She is a teacher in training in the Mindfulness Training Institute, and this course is her practicum.
