Explore acrobatic movement without having to be an acrobat. Discover grounded, fluid movement inspired by Capoeira Angola, with the complexity adapted to your level.Explore fluid, continuous movement and the foundations of soft acrobatics through movement inspired by Capoeira Angola.
Capoeira Angola brings together movement, rhythm, play and interaction, with a rich vocabulary of grounded movements, transitions and inversions that offers plenty to explore beyond the practice of Capoeira itself.
In this wworkshop, we’ll work with weight shifts, locomotion, coordination and accessible acrobatic movements, gradually connecting them into smooth, playful sequences.
No acrobatics or Capoeira experience needed. The complexity of the movements will be adapted to each participant, so you can explore from where you are and progress at your own pace.
