We'll show you how to create content your customers care about and how to get far more out of every photo and video you make. We'll also cover how to keep your accounts safe and how to use Meta's own tools to grow your page, run ads and track how you're doing.

- Types of content. How to create content that speaks to your audience ("sell the sizzle, not the sausage"), use the 80/20 rule and train the algorithm to find the right people. We'll also cover long-form vs short-form, and which platforms are worth your time.
- Getting the most from your creatives. You'll see how one short video can become a YouTube video, a reel, a short, graphics, tips posts, photos and stories, so you create once and post many times.
- AI and AI content. What generative AI can do for your business, and the mistakes to avoid, with real local examples.
- Security. Simple steps that dramatically cut the risk of your account being hacked: 2FA, correct recovery details, admin access and strong passwords.
- Meta Business Suite. How to set it up properly and grow your page by inviting the right people, not everyone you know.
- Meta Ads Manager. Setting your budget, goal, audience and creatives, and how ads actually find their audience.
- Analytics. Reading your insights and benchmarking your page against competitors.
- What's new and what's old news. The latest platform changes and what's worth jumping on.
