Its the most wonderful event of the year ... the Christmas Auction! How & What to Donate? We are asking members to donate new or very gently used items between 11/15 - 12/6. Whether it’s a beautiful piece of art, a handmade gift, a themed basket, a service, or any other unique item, your contributions will help us create a festive and memorable night. (Please ensure that all donations are in good condition—let’s strive to keep the quality high and avoid any items that could be considered “junk.”
Lets Party & Bid! The doors open at 6pm, the Auction will begin at 7pm. The Auction will be held upstairs in our banquet hall. This event is open to the public - there will be a $5 cover charge for non-members.
The Club will provide the main meat, members and guests are asked to bring a dish to share.
Each donation, no matter how big or small, will play a vital role in the success of this event and will help raise funds towards our HVAC update in our banquet hall and Walk-In Cooler repairs in the downstairs bar.
