Due to popular demand, we've released a limited number of EVENING PASSES (6:00–10:00pm), giving you access to the final four hours of the festival.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Festival Check-in
Please check in at Bar90 (90 Wallis Rd, London E9 5LN) when you arrive to collect your festival wristband. We recommend arriving with enough time before the first event you'd like to attend to allow for check-in and to make your way to the venue.
Locker Area
A small locker area will be available at Lock (Bar90) if you would like to leave personal belongings during the festival.
Please note that space is limited and suitable only for smaller items (approximately A4 size). Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate large bags or suitcases.
SOUND & SILENCE FESTIVAL
The festival is built as a space centred around presence, safety, participation, and community. The experiences are designed to help us slow down, reconnect, and experience a different way of being.
We believe many of us are longing for spaces that feel more human. Spaces where we can move, rest, create, listen, reflect, laugh, and connect without the pressure and overstimulation that often shape modern social life.
Sound & Silence was created as an experiment in that possibility.
The festival is donation-based in order to keep it as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you’re able to contribute more, your support helps make lower-cost places available for others in the community. If money is tight, please contribute whatever feels genuinely sustainable for you. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Info: Join us for the closing celebration of the festival as Innerstice takes over the decks for the Sound & Silence Sober Rave at Hackney Wick’s legendary Bar90.
Innerstice, the musical project of Navin Larriba, blends deep, groovy, and emotive sounds across the house and techno spectrum, creating immersive journeys built around connection, energy, and movement.
With over a decade in the music industry, his journey began in punk rock before evolving into the world of electronic music and the infectious pull of the dancefloor. Having performed at iconic venues across the UK and Europe, including Italy and Spain, and closing one of the main stages at Secret Garden Party Festival, Innerstice has built a reputation for timeless, emotionally resonant sets that bring people together through music.
Expect deep rhythms, uplifting energy, and a dancefloor experience rooted in presence, freedom, and celebration.
Plants Can Dance
Host: Lamine
Info: Plants Can Dance is an immersive sound experience where plants become part of the music itself. Through biosonification and live modular synthesis, living energy is translated into sound, creating an ambient landscape shaped by the unseen rhythms of nature.
Led by Lamine, a former resident DJ at Fabric London, this experience marks an evolution from underground clubs and festival stages into a slower, more exploratory relationship with sound. After years performing deep, hypnotic DJ sets across Europe and beyond, Lamine stepped back to rethink how he wanted to create and how his love of plants could become part of the process.
That journey led him to open Repot, a plant shop and art space where music, plants, and creativity exist side by side. Now, through Plants Can Dance, created alongside Brian D’Souza, he invites audiences into a space where nature and technology meet, and where music doesn’t simply get played, but grows, shifts, and emerges from living systems.
Sober Rave
Host: Kit Jay
Info: Kit Jay is a local Hackney Wick DJ and artist known for bringing people together through uplifting, groove-led sets that move between deep, soulful, and high-energy sounds. Rooted in the local creative community, his music creates space for connection, celebration, and collective joy on the dancefloor.
Sound Bath
Host: Lukas (Fila Vitae Sound)
Info: Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound journey with Lukas of Fila Vitae Sound Journeys, whose trauma-informed and holistic approach brings together sound, intuition, and presence.
Blending gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, flutes, and unique percussion and wind instruments, this experience goes beyond a traditional gong bath, creating space for deep rest, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner exploration.
Part sound bath, part ceremony, this session invites you to slow down, settle into the body, and experience sound as a pathway into stillness, reflection, and deeper connection to self.
