About this Event
If you’re a stand-up comedian, you likely got introduced to your favourite comics listening to an album. Whether it be vinyl, CD or YouTube a comedy album was a cohesive piece of work that helped you get to know a comedian’s style, personality and what they were going through at that time in their lives. This can be a daunting task.
This workshop run by Mike Mitchell can help you better understand the process of making an album and how you can use that album to take to the next phase of your comedy career.
Mike Mitchell is an experienced comic who works as a programmer for Sirius XM Canada and is the host of The Set-Up, a show that includes interviews, stories and performances from Canada’s finest comedians.
