This one is for THE CITY. 🏙️So St. Louis Pilates Sculpt is a 45-minute Pilates experience built around STL energy and a 314-themed playlist featuring music that represents the sound and culture of St. Louis.
Expect classical mat Pilates, full-body sculpt, core work, mobility, and cardio bursts blended into one high-energy class. We’re working on control, alignment, strength and endurance while still giving you those moments where the beat drops and the whole room turns UP.
And yes… THIS CLASS IS CO-ED. Men + women are welcome. Pilates is for everybody, and you do not need prior Pilates experience to attend.
All levels are welcome and modifications will be available throughout class.
DOORS OPEN: 12:45 PM CLASS BEGINS: 1:00 PM SHARP Doors will be LOCKED at 1:00 PM with no exceptions. Please arrive early enough to set up your mat and be ready to move.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Yoga/Pilates mat — mats are NOT provided
• Pilates/grip socks or socks
•Water
•Sweat towel if needed
STL GEAR ENCOURAGED NOT REQUIRED.
