Ever wonder how Troy keeps its roads clear when the snow starts falling? ❄️Join us for a Snow and Tell: Winter Operations Open House on Nov. 12. Get a behind-the-scenes look at winter operations, meet the DPW crew, and help paint Eddie the Yeti on a plow truck! Doors at DPW (4693 Rochester Rd.) will be open from 6–7:30 pm.
You’ll learn why snow emergencies are called, why windrows are created and how to avoid it, our salting procedures, and how you can help keep our roads safer this winter.
We hope to see you there!
