We’ll demonstrate how to prepare three healthy snacks, and you will be able to try them. You'll leave with more than a dozen easy-to-follow recipes that you can immediately add to your family’s menu. We understand you might have questions about your family's dietary needs. That's why a nutrition expert will be on hand to answer questions.
