About this Event
Topic: Living with Algorithms: Understanding the Patterns of Our Minds
Synopsis: We live in a world shaped by computer algorithms, yet the most powerful one lies within us — the human brain.
Join us for an engaging, interactive 90‑minute talk designed for seniors. Together, we’ll explore how our ‘biological algorithm’ guides decisions, why familiarity often shapes our choices, and how memory can sometimes play tricks.
This is not a technical lecture. Through discussion and self‑reflection, you’ll discover practical ways to question automatic thoughts, unlearn limiting habits, and refresh your mental software — opening pathways to a wiser, happier life.
