Description of Workshop/ Class:
Ready to take the next step in your sewing journey? Join us as we welcome Renee’s Stitch & Style School as our guest artist for this special Halloween Costume Edition of Open Sew.
Bring your thrift store finds, costumes in need of alterations, trims, or finishing touches, or a pattern and fabric you need help constructing. Be sure to bring any supplies like trim, thread specific to your project.
This session is designed for students who have completed Sewing Machine Basics or already feel comfortable using a sewing machine and are ready to start—or continue—their next costume creation.
Bring your current project and receive hands-on guidance, troubleshooting help, and expert tips, or come with ideas and get help selecting the perfect pattern and materials to begin.
Students will have access to one-on-one support while they sew, assistance with pattern selection and project planning. Equipment including sewing machines and sewing tools for use during class or bring your own.
Please note: project completion is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual pace and project complexity.

Do you need to make a design choice for this work shop? (NO) - Students will need to bring their own garment, materials, etc. that they would like to use in the class.
By completing this registration, you confirm that you accept and understand the following:
· When engaging in any craft or art project, you may be using tools and materials such as as sewing machines, cutting craft machines, irons, heat presses, glue and heat guns, kraft knives, glass, shells, very small objects, sharp materials, and chemicals (this list is representative, not all-inclusive and other tools and materials may be used). By completing this registration and payment, you agree to knowingly and freely assume all risk of injury or harm, both known and unknown, even if arising from the environment or negligence of the property owner, instructor, or other and you assume full responsibility and risk for your participation.
· Any special needs seating or other arrangements must be requested in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
If you are registering for more than just yourself, you must make your guest aware of all the information included in this registration.
· Photos may be taken during your class/workshop and used for business purposes (including but not limited to advertisements, instructional materials, signage, etc.). By attending this event, you are agreeing to be photographed or have your work photographed for these purposes.
Tickets are only available through Shore Marketplace, with the above link or by calling to purchase a ticket. You must complete the ticket purchase, and you will receive a confirmation receipt.

Cancellation policy: You will receive a credit toward another SMP class by the artist teaching/ hosting the workshop you registered for, if he or she is notified of cancellation at least one week prior to class date, No Shows will not be credited or refunded. Any credits issued will need to be applied to a class within 6 months!
Classes canceled by the Host or SMP will be eligible for credit or refund.
