Our Cocktail Classes are back with our Smoke & Spirits Experience, and we're throwing it open with one of the most underrated fall cocktails in the canon: the Blood & Sand. Scotch, cherry brandy, sweet vermouth, and fresh orange juice, shaken together into one smoky, layered sip that somehow tastes like a flannel shirt feels.You'll learn the history (yes, there's a story, it was named after a 1922 bullfighter movie... but that's all we'll say for now), how to balance the four ingredients so nothing overpowers anything else, and how to build it at home without hunting down obscure bottles. We'll have everything prepped, all you have to do is show up and shake.
