West Coast winemaker Sakkie Mouton is bringing the Weskus to Parkmore for one night: sea spray, wet stone, a little kelp, and stories you’ll be retelling for weeks. He’s pouring two brand-new releases, the Gerookte Snoek Arinarnoa Rosé and the Gerookte Snoek Red, made from the rare “hairy Grenache.”Six Japanese courses matched to seven pours, from robata squid over open fire to a Wagyu finale.
