WELCOME to SmallTALKS! I wanted somewhere to practise speaking with strangers - I tried a few events – some were too stiff and structured, others were so unstructured there was no learning – so I’ve put together the middle ground I was looking for. It’s a relaxed pub night where you can experiment with small talk, hear a short talk from normal people who actually present at work, pick up practical tips, and have a go yourself if you’re feeling brave. It’ll feel like chatting to friends, with a pint in hand if that helps!
