About this Event
Join us for an evening focused on tasting world-class goat cheese with Sam Schad, 3rd generation Grandson of Capriole Goat Dairy, all the way from Greenville, Indiana!
Here about the history of American goat farming, family history and lore, and enjoy a flight of goat cheeses with shop owner Will Sissle and Sam!
Expect to learn the basics of goat cheeses, all the while snacking on good eats and sipping some fun wines in our intimate (yet not intimidating!) shop.
We look forward to sharing our love of Capriole Goat Dairy with you!

$5 of every ticket will be donated to "Full Plates, Full Potential" for the year of 2026.
