Small Business Ask-A-Lawyer

Sign up for a free 15-minute phone consultation with an attorney about small business issues in Clark County, Nevada. This will not include drafting documents or reviewing documents. You will have 15 minutes to talk to a pro bono attorney and get advice based on what you tell them.

Legal Aid Center is offering this program in collaboration with SCORE Mentors as they present small business seminars online throughout 2026 about various topics:

• February 17 – Business Legal Entities: How to Structure Your Business Entity
• March 24 – Protecting Your Business I: Working with Contracts
• May 19 – Protecting Your Business II: Working with Leases
• July 21 – Intellectual Property I: Patents & Copyrights
• September 22 – Intellectual Property II: Trademarks & Trade Secrets
• November 17 – Social Media & Cyberspace: Protecting Your Data & Reputation

The online seminars run from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM over Zoom, and you can register for them by visiting www.scorelv.org or calling 702-388-6104. Attorneys will call individuals following each seminar between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, which you can sign up for on this page.
