This months guest speaker is Vicky Fraser : Vicky is the founder of Amazing Brain Hypnotherapy. After a 35-year career as a nurse, midwife and health visitor, she retrained and now practices as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern talking therapy that blends future-focused conversations with deep relaxation to help people create positive, lasting change. Vicky supports clients to focus on what they want to achieve - the solution - rather than the problem that brought them to therapy.
