Do you put pressure on yourself to constantly get things done? Do you feel disconnected because you're always busy? Do you feel lonely or isolated? This weekly interactive mindfulness class is for you.



Get Sustainable Work-Life Balance in 10 Minutes a Day

This weekly interactive mindfulness class is for people who feel stressed and obligated. You work hard, but there is always more to do. It leaves you feeling burnt out, disconnected, and unfulfilled. Your anxiety increases when your mind is always onto the next goal.

If you are not able to put yourself first, this is for you. Each week we'll explore timeless mindfulness practices that will help you slow the fuck down. You're a busy. Use these exercise for just 10 minutes per day to do freaking incredible things in your life!

Slow the Fuck Down is a weekly interactive mindfulness group designed for people like you—high-functioning and driven, but also aware of the risk of burning out. Each week, you’ll walk away with a powerful tool to slow down your racing mind, reduce stress, and cultivate self-acceptance. This isn’t about lowering your ambitions; it’s about achieving your goals without sacrifice yourself or your relationships.

If you’re ready to break the cycle of constant striving and find a healthier rhythm in life, this group is for you. Stop the pattern of exertion to exhaustion and start slowing the fuck down.

Join us each week as we:

  • Investigate a mindfulness practice and how it works.
  • Put these powerful tools to practice.
  • Answer questions regarding practices.
  • Bonus: Explore and share first-hand experience with the group.

Ken's Bio


Ken Dunn was 2,000 miles into the backpacking trip of a lifetime when it became clear that his next career chapter would be about more than just professional success—it would be about helping others find their connection with nature. As an ex-executive and tech professional, Ken brings a unique blend of experience, including over eight years of personal recovery, mentoring others, and founding a recovery meeting.

Studying under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, Ken is a mindfulness meditation teacher in the insight meditation tradition. His life and coaching are infused with mindfulness, compassion and curiosity.

As founder and lead recovery coach of Expedition Recovery, he’s committed to leading clients on their own journeys of self-discovery. Ken is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Certified Recovery Specialist, Certified Wilderness First Responder, and Certified Adventure Recovery Coach.

Ken brings resilience, discipline, and a deep sense of purpose to his work, guiding others toward meaningful and transformative experiences in recovery.
