Join us for an empowering 4-week course designed specifically for women in perimenopause and beyond. In this series of hour-long Zoom sessions, team Kim and Vicki, experienced healthcare professionals—with over 50 years of combined experience caring for women—will guide you through the transformative journey of menopause.
Each week, Kim and Vicki will dive into key topics like metabolism changes, hormone stabilization, nutrition, exercise, sexual health and managing cortisol and insulin resistance. You'll also learn simple but powerful self-care strategies to help you regain control of your body and life during this phase.
This course offers practical, life-changing advice to help you feel strong, balanced, and fully in charge as you navigate menopause with confidence.
