Looking for a slower and more creative way to spend your afternoon?
In this relaxed textile collage workshop, you’ll combine hand stitching, fabric scraps, lace, buttons and soft textures to create your own small fabric artwork on canvas.
This workshop is less about “learning to sew” and more about enjoying the process of making something by hand.
You’ll explore:

✨ textured materials, lace and vintage fabrics
🎨 colour, composition and handmade details
☁️ slow, mindful creativity
Every piece turns out differently — some people create soft floral scenes, little fabric landscapes, abstract textures or tiny stitched stories.
No experience is needed.
The session is beginner-friendly, relaxed and gently guided.

- canvas base
- mixed textile materials
You’ll leave with your own handmade textile canvas to take home.
Studio atmosphere
Our cosy underground studio in Glasgow city centre is designed as a calm creative space for slow making, conversation and experimentation.
The studio is also home to three very friendly cats, who may quietly wander around during the session and occasionally supervise the creative process.
If you have allergies or would prefer a little more distance from the cats, just let us know beforehand and we’ll do our best to make you comfortable.
