Slipping Through My Fingers, a touching and beautifully human story about memory, motherhood, and letting go, making a debut in Gibraltar. Performances will be held at the Inces Hall on the 23/24 September at 8pm Maggie is disappearing. The sharp, stubborn, impossible woman Lou has spent a lifetime trying to understand is slipping away, piece by piece. As Alzheimer’s takes hold, Maggie struggles to keep her grip on herself, while Lou, her strong willed daughter, wrestles with resentment, grief, and the quiet fear of what’s to come. In the middle stands Amelia, Lou's daughter, trying to keep the pieces of their family from falling apart.
Spanning decades—from childhood tantrums to teenage rebellion, motherhood to final goodbyes—Slipping Through My Fingers tells a powerful and moving story crossing three generations of incredible women exploring love, loss and the impossible task of letting go.
