This year we swing into Summer with a complimenting combination of Sarah and I guiding you through Aerial Yoga, followed by a floor based Restorative Session.You can expect to open the afternoon in Aerial with Sarah, an Aerial artist, Circus performer and a regular of our Thursday Jambi Yoga sessions. Please don’t allow your thoughts of circus act to temp you away from this experience!! All walks of life will find some benefit from this fun :)
There will be a break to allow us to de-rig the silks and set up all of the lovely restorative equipment, while you enjoy some elderflower fizz from the garden and a home made bite.
You will then have the enjoyment of lights low, soft tunes and my voice to guide you through gentle, restorative postures. I’m particularly excited as this studio has a mountain of props that enable me to create a class full of physical support. I just can’t wait!!
This years theme will be around feelings and some words that were shared by a friend of mine:
Not every feeling is intuition, Not every pull is alignment, Not every connection is meant for you.
Sometimes it’s your nervous system responding to what feels familiar.
Peace feels different.
So with those words in mind, why not try something new, out of your comfort zone and Swing with us into Summer!
