SLI - Site Leadership Induction (December Sessions)

Join us for a two day comprehensive leadership training designed for Site Coordinators (SCs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs). This training will help participants sharpen their leadership skills, strengthen their management strategies, and build the tools needed to effectively lead their afterschool programs. Through hands on activities, discussion, and practical strategies, participants will leave feeling more confident and prepared to support their staff, students, and school communities.
