Self Love 9D Transformative Breathwork

This Valentine’s season, you are invited into a powerful self-love–focused 9D Breathwork journey — a space to soften, open, and reconnect with your heart.
This experience is designed to help you release emotional armour, dissolve limiting beliefs around love and self-worth, and remember the innate power, intelligence, and resilience of your heart.
The journey begins with welcome and a introduction to the journey.
Once grounded, you will be guided through a four-phase 9D breathwork session using individual headphones and an eye mask, allowing you to fully turn inward. The journey opens with conscious connected breathing through the nose and mouth, gradually deepening into an extended breath hold — a gateway into altered states of awareness where emotional blocks and subconscious patterns can surface and release.
From here, the breath becomes more expansive and expressive through focused mouth breathing. In the final stage, you are invited into an uninhibited vocal release — a powerful opening of the throat and heart, clearing suppressed emotions and long-held tension so love can flow more freely within you.
Throughout the session, Levin holds a grounded, intuitive, and compassionate space, offering affirmations, gentle bodywork, and energetic guidance to support emotional release, heart opening, and nervous system regulation.
The journey closes with quiet integration, supported by a curated healing soundtrack. During this time, Levin and Maria Lodetoft channel hands-on galactic Reiki energy, allowing the heart and body to fully absorb and anchor the work.
You will then be offered space for reflection and optional sharing, followed by the pull of an oracle card — a message to carry with you as you continue your self-love journey beyond the session.

Using individual headphones and optional eye masks, you are immersed in a carefully curated and energetically charged soundtrack designed to support emotional release, heart activation, and inner awareness.
The experience is supported by intuitive bodywork and Reiki from Levin and Maria Lodetoft, creating a deeply held, somatic, and heart-centred container.
