Expo Greenhouse Racine
Workshop: Sleeping Bag Sound Bath at Milaeger’s
Grab your sleeping bag and get ready to completely unwind. Our Sleeping Bag Sound Bath is designed to help you settle in, get comfortable and simply be for an hour. Guided by Mel from Sheepish in Racine, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other therapeutic sound instruments. This time, we’re making the experience extra cozy. Bring a sleeping bag, pillow and anything else you need to create your own comfortable little space in the greenhouse. Pajamas or comfy clothes are absolutely encouraged!
No experience, movement or meditation skills are required. Just get cozy, close your eyes, listen and allow yourself to unwind. Mel from Sheepish in Racine, is certified in Sound & Vibrational healing and will guide us through the sound bath creating an immersive experience designed for relaxation and restoration. Your experience also includes an essential oil sampler to experience and use during the sound bath, adding another sensory element to your evening.
What to Bring: Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow and water. We recommend to bring a yoga mat underneath your sleeping bag for extra cushion. Pillows and bolsters are also helpful for extra support.
Limited mobility? You can absolutely participate! Chairs can be accommodated for anyone with limited mobility—just let us know ahead of time.
The cost for this all-inclusive event ticket is $25 plus tax. Pre-register in stores or online now!
We will be supporting the Woman’s Resource center by collecting cash donations (donations are optional.) All donations from this event will benefit the Women’s Resource Center, allowing your evening of relaxation to also help support women in our community.
