Overview

Join me, Luci, in person for a friendly, supportive session focused on helping your 18 month- to 4 year old sleep more soundly.

We’ll explore normal infant sleep, specific to this age and evidence-informed strategies tailored to this unique stage — from managing bedtime battles and night waking to supporting naps and early mornings.

This will be a calm, informal and welcoming space to learn, share and ask questions as well as connect with other parents navigating the magic of those toddler years.

You’ll leave feeling more confident, reassured and clear about how to support your toddler’s sleep in a way that feels gentle and realistic for your family.

I am a Level 6 certified Holistic Infant Sleep Coach who prioritises attachment, child development and parental mental health. I am fully DBS checked and fully insured with Holistic Insurance.
