Born 2 Lead is a free, girls-only youth leadership summit designed to help girls develop real-world confidence, communication skills, and leadership habits they can use immediately, at school, at home, and in their communities.

If your daughter (or student) has ever:

  • held back from speaking up,
  • felt pressure to be “perfect”,
  • struggled with confidence in new spaces,
  • or wants to develop leadership skills and positive peer networks…

…this summit is for her.

What she’ll gain
  • Confidence under pressure(stay calm, think clearly, bounce back)
  • Finding her voice (speak up clearly and communicate with purpose)
  • Courageous self-belief (overcome self-doubt and build healthy confidence)
  • Leadership identity (values-led choices and positive influence)
  • Positive peer connection (meet other girls who are ready to grow)

Who it’s for
  • Girls aged 13–17. The summit is open to everyone, and we especially welcome girls from Black and racially minoritised communities.
