Based on his renowned book, this seminar addresses sleep disorders and the meaning of dreams in Chinese medicine in a practical and direct way.The course offers a clear guide to diagnosing insomnia (both difficulty falling asleep and multiple awakenings) and its manifestations (such as apnea or nocturia), as well as dream activity, interpreting nightmares and recurring dreams (such as flying or falling) as precise indicators of the patient's energetic state.
The true core of the two days will be the treatment: ample space will be given to acupuncture therapeutic strategies for each single syndrome analyzed, explaining point selection and combination in detail.
