APEX Running are delighted to be hosting the second edition of the Slate Trail Ultra in 2026!Starting at 06:00, the stunning 147km & 3,900m+ Slate Trail Ultra takes in the full Snowdonia Slate Trail route, which takes runners on an epic journey through time to centuries gone by — when the area was the most prolific slate producing region in the world — visiting countless sites of industrial significance along the way.
Starting at 08:00, the inaugural UTQ route comprises some 80km & 2,300m+ taking in several highlights of the Snowdonia Slate Trail Ultra.
