If you haven't heard, there will be a documentary filming at SLAB in October. The recent rise in goth events and culture erupting in Omaha has caught some attention, so the filmmaker wanted to capture interviews and footage from our night. Waivers are at the door, but masks will be provided if you want to attend yet stay anonymous. We want everyone to have their monthly communion even if they prefer the shadows 💜@greyhousesalon and @thelittlebricksalon will be providing some looks for the night, but we encourage everyone to dress in black and white horror/b-movie theme. Not required, but if you are inspired 😈
Before the night kicks off, @no_more_rails has been working to pull together a goth market from 4:30-8:30. This is FREE to attend, so you know.
On that front, SLAB is, and always will be, PAY WHAT YOU CAN. We are about community over profit. We want to ensure everyone has a chance to come for a monthly gathering of danse and delirium amongst your favorite ghouls, without worry of cost holding you back. Come with your fiends and make new comrades.
We know October is a busy month for the spooky set, but this is one event you really want to schedule for. I think you'll be bummed to have missed it 💜
