(Text in english below =) )

WELCOME to a very special All Saints' Day celebration! We will be outdoors, walking into the autumn darkness and experiencing forest bathing overlooking Oslo. It will be a gentle walk where forest bathing guide Nina Alida invites you to connect with the landscape. Afterward, we will gather around the campfire for a simple tea ceremony, and you will experience an ancient smoke cleansing ritual—*Eimilauga*—led by Jenny.
Skog og Mose Naturopplevelser has been invited to participate in Jenny Hviding’s third event in the "Rituals of Making" series. This promises to be a grounded and deeply rooted experience that aligns beautifully with the season.

Jenny runs Casa Azul, launched in 2021 as a traveling cultural hub and interdisciplinary project. Through it, she explores the intersections of art, somatic biology, and ancient traditions such as *Eimilauga*. She is a graduate of the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and the Oslo School of Photography and has traveled extensively in South America in recent years.
Forest bathing is a Japanese public health practice—a nature experience entirely free from the pressure to perform, helping both body and mind to settle and find calm. Nina Alida is a certified forest bathing guide who has led these nature experiences across Norway and Europe for the past five years, catering to children, young people, and adults alike. She is a member of the Forest Bathing Association and the Norwegian Association for Outdoor Therapy, and is certified by the Nadur Centre for Integrative Forest Therapy and Forest Therapy Hub. She also maintains a shamanic practice and has apprenticed with the Sámi *noaidi* Eirik Myrhaug Partapuoli.
