This month we'll hear the inspirational story of Liam Smith, founder of Strength Over Silence. SOS offers free mental health & exercise sessions, supported by qualified counsellors and coaches.
The team from Bradford District and Craven MIND will aslo be joining us to share the free resources available for employers, businesses and individuals in the area.
