About this Event
Calling all creatures of the night! Join the Cabaret of Creativity community at WomensWork.Art Gallery on 10/23 for a WICKED good time at the 2nd Annual “Sketch & BOO-lesque” Halloween Bash!
Our Eternal Muse, the Hudson Valley’s very own Reverend Celina Coma (@CelinaComa), will be pose-sessing the stage in a selection of drop-dead gorgeous costumes and graciously giving you ghouls an opportunity to witness & create magic alongside her. Summon your courage & creativity, and grab your sliding scale tickets today!
This spooky & salacious sketching session invites artists of ALL levels to explore their creativity amidst a welcoming community. No pressure, no pretension, and definitely NO perfection expected. At The Cabaret of Creativity, everyone is given equal opportunity for creative expression, experimenting, and expansion. This is an open-studio style figure drawing workshop, with no instruction included, but your Emcee iLean is always on deck to entertain & assist!
Bring a friend (or a few!), your favorite drawing materials*, and your most hauntingly beautiful (or terribly ridiculous) costume, and let iLean Artistry’s “Sketch & Burlesque” make your week a little more interesting...
Registration Fee: $20-35 (sliding scale)
*Personal Easels + Drawing Boards welcome & encouraged (as space allows); Oil Paint Not Permitted; Basic community materials available (first come, first serve)
Community supply donations always welcome!
