You've built your foundations. You're feeling more comfortable on your skates. Now you're ready to challenge yourself.
Glide & Flow Skate Skill Training Programme 2 — Improver / Level Up is designed for skaters who have moved beyond the early stages of learning and are becoming more confident in their skating ability.
This programme is for you if you feel less nervous about trying new skills, are comfortable being challenged and want to start developing more technical skating skills in a supportive training environment.
You don't need to be an advanced skater.
You simply need to have established your basic skating foundations and be ready to push yourself beyond what already feels comfortable.
What to Expect
Expect a structured, supportive session focused on helping you become a more confident and capable skater.
Sessions combine coaching, demonstrations, guided practice and time to develop your skills at your own pace.
We believe progress looks different for everyone. Our aim is to challenge you while creating an environment where you can learn, practise and enjoy the process.
What to Bring
Please bring:
- Your roller skates
- Protective equipment
- A bottle of water
- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
We recommend wearing clothing that allows you to move freely.
Arriving for Your Session
Please arrive with enough time to check in, put on your skates and protective equipment, and be ready for the start of your session.
Most importantly, come ready to learn, move and enjoy your skating.
