Please check all dates and details prior to making a purchase.🎟️ Your Skate School purchase includes:Rink entranceSkate hire30 minute – Lesson with Aussie Skate qualified ice skating coachFree skate/practice time during the session your lesson falls into.🪖 Helmet Requirement:Please note that wearing a helmet is mandatory for all skate school participants. It is your responsibility to bring your own helmet. The rink also strongly encourages the use of other safety equipment such as elbow, knee and wrist pads. Arrive 20 minutes early on the first day of skate school to allow time to get your name marked off at the ticket booth and then go through to skate hire.Please read the following important information regarding your purchase:Important Safety Disclaimer & Conditions of EntryOnline ticket purchases must be made by a person aged 18 years or older. Any ticket purchased for a person under 18 years of age must be purchased by that person's parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorised to act on their behalf.The purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to agree to these terms as follows:If purchasing a ticket for a minor, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to consent to the minor's participation in ice skating activities.The purchaser acknowledges that ice skating is a recreational activity involving inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and other incidents that may result in injury. By completing the purchase, the purchaser:(a) accepts these risks and agrees that participants will comply with all rink rules, safety requirements, and staff directions.(b) accepts these risks on behalf of the minor and agrees that the minor will comply with all rink rules, safety requirements, and staff directions.Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.Helmets are mandatory for all participants, regardless of age or experience. Participants without a helmet will not be permitted to take part in classes. Additional protective gear (wrist, knee, and elbow pads, etc) is strongly recommended.Unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited, including jumping over or sitting on boards. Any participant engaging in prohibited conduct may have their participation immediately terminated without refund or credit.All participants must follow staff and coach instructions at all times. Staff reserve the right to remove or exclude any participant for safety reasons, including unsafe behaviour, failure to follow rules, or lack of required safety equipment.Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on-site and contactable at all times. Guardians are responsible for supervising children while at the facility.To the extent permitted under applicable Australian law including the Australian Consumer Law, you agree that participation is at your own risk, and liability is excluded except where it cannot lawfully be excluded.By continuing with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these conditions.
