Sisu weekly ruck - an excellent opportunity to throw on some heavy weight (or not so heavy, you do you), load the skeleton and hike the neighborhood. We cover about 3 miles in an hour. Afterward there is the opportunity to sauna and cold plunge in the studio. There's no cost for the ruck, the sauna/cold plunge is free for Sisu members and discounted for non-members. The studio has locker rooms with showers.
