Sisterhood | Empowered Through the Seasons HotPod Yoga Fundraiser 🍂Saturday 31st October, 11am to 2pm

We’re delighted to invite you to our next Sisterhood event, a morning of yoga, connection and support for women and finishing with some tea and conversation.
This is a free event to join however any donations are welcome with half the proceeds going to hosting future Sisterhood events and the other going to a charity of HotPod Yoga’s Choice!
We’ll begin with a 60 minute beginners class, designed for anyone new to yoga or returning after a break. The class will focus on steady breath, gentle strength and grounding postures to help you feel more settled in your body.
The theme is seasonal change. As autumn arrives, nature shows us how to release what no longer serves us and make space for rest and renewal. We’ll bring this into practice through the yogic principle of aparigraha (non-attachment), learning to let go with ease rather than resistance.
