Join Becky and Lily under the full moon for a nourishing exploration of sound, sensation, self, and sisterhood.
Together, we’ll share in a beautiful sensory experience designed to awaken the senses and invite you into deeper connection; with the space around you, with your body, and with the women beside you.
From grounding aromas and warming tea, to gentle sensory rituals, and heartfelt connection, each element has been thoughtfully woven together to help you arrive fully in the moment.
Guided by the energy of the Full Moon, you’ll be invited to journey inward through gentle reflection before surrendering into a deeply immersive Sound Ceremony. Allow the vibrations, frequencies, and layers of sound to wash over you, quieten the mind, soften the body, and create space to simply be.

To feel. Listen. Reconnect...
And to remember that you don’t have to do it all alone.
On the day, please wear comfortable clothes you can relax and move around in and bring a journal, pens, and anything else to help you feel supported (e.g. water, crystals, a favourite blanket or cushion).
Everything else — mats, bolsters, blankets, and sensory elements — will be provided.
Arrive at 6:00pm for a grounding welcome and time to settle into the space.
