I’m the founder of The Photographer’s COO, where I help photographers make their businesses easier to run.
I’ve spent 15+ years as a photographer, and I’ve seen the same thing happen over and over: you start a photography business because you love to create, and suddenly you’re also the business owner—tracking invoices, managing projects, answering client questions, building systems, and running a freaking business.
Those “business things” are what I love.
Sips & Systems is a chance to step out of the day-to-day for a minute, connect with other photographers who get it, and find solutions to the things that are taking up too much time, energy, or brain space.
